PROCESSING TIME

Digital Downloads:

Instant downloads. Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Physical items:

Most orders are dispatched between 1-2 working days.

WHERE MY ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED FROM?

UK orders will be shipped from the UK.
All other orders will be shipped from Sweden (EU).

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

United Kingdom: 2-4 business days

Europe: 7-9 business days

United States: 9-11 business days

Canada: 11-15 business days

Australia, New Zealand: 12-15 business days

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping address must be correct. I cannot take responsibility if it is wrong.

Once an order has been shipped I have no control over how long it takes to arrive, this is in hands of customs and the couriers. I am not responsible for any failure by an external delivery company.

I’ll be happy to help you with your order, but check first with delivery company and customs before you get in touch.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

SECURE PAYMENT

I accept payment via Stripe and Paypal. Both are secure and encrypted. I never receive your credit card information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I am sure you will love your purchase but if for some reason is not for you, I accept returns.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Only the value of the item will be refunded.

GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING

Please ask if you would like the item to be wrapped and packed for a gift and if you would like a personal note on your behalf.

Please be assured that every item is lovingly, carefully, and safely packed using environmentally friendly and recycled packaging when possible.

One tree will be planted for every planner sold. In collaboration with Tre eSisters.
